I was responsible for the design of Kroo’s onboarding and account opening flow, working to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible. From verifying identity to setting up a new current account, every step was designed to feel quick, clear, and low effort for the user. I collaborated closely with product, compliance, and engineering to strike the right balance between regulatory needs and user experience, ensuring we met all requirements without overloading the journey.
