I led the design for the Kroo Cash ISA, focusing on making the experience clear, straightforward, and easy to use. From the account opening flow to how interest and tax benefits were explained, the goal was to keep things simple without oversimplifying. I worked closely with product, compliance, and engineering to make sure we got the details right, both in terms of user experience and regulatory requirements.
