I built Kroo’s design system from the ground up, creating a unified foundation for both the app and website. This included everything from defining core components and interaction patterns to establishing a consistent visual language. I worked closely with the Mobile Platform team throughout, ensuring the system was not only visually cohesive but also fully implemented in code, streamlining design-to-dev handoff and enabling faster, more consistent delivery.
